Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the original items with all tags attached into the reusable shipping bag or any secure mailer of your choice.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
